Smart Base Page
Leading the redesign and content of our Smart Base page to educate and assist in comparison.
Challenge
The existing page failed to communicate the value of a Smart Base, making it difficult for users to understand why they should invest in one. Since Smart Bases are only sold with Smart Beds, the page needed to tell a compelling story while guiding users toward purchasing a bed.
Approach
Leveraging insights from user interviews, we designed a page that clearly explained the benefits of a Smart Base, offered an easy comparison of different models, and seamlessly directed users to shop for their ideal Smart Bed.
Results
The new page provided a more engaging and educational experience, helping users make informed decisions. By improving clarity and comparison tools, we increased user confidence, driving higher engagement and conversion rates.
